What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of exercise that is low impact on the body and utilizes stretching, muscular strengthening and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes core strength, postural alignment and muscle balance.
Why do I need Pilates?
Pilates helps strengthen your abdomen, pelvic floor muscles and deep back stabilizers. It helps to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Also there is a mind/body connection to the practice. It helps you pull yourself back into your body and become aware of how you move in your daily life.
Where do I park?
Street Parking is available or in the 2 hour parking spots North of the studio.
What do I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes that you can move freely in. No shoes, sticky socks are optional.

24 hours notice for private lessons and 6 hours before a class.
